Peter Kops from Oosterhout - better known as Extince - put Dutch-language hip-hop on the map in 1995 with 'Spraakwater', the genre's first top-ten hit in the Netherlands. Thirty years on, his Brabant wordplay and funky flow still draw crowds at stages across the country.
