Crown Concert: Lendvay Ensemble

The Lendvay Ensemble is a string quartet named after its founder and violinist József Lendvay. The ensemble consists of József Lendvay (violin), Itamar Shion (violin), Julia Dinerstein (viola) and Katja Dirven (cello).

In the programme "From Bach to Csárdás" they perform pieces from the classical repertoire alongside music based on folklore from countries with which the musicians have a personal connection - including Hungary, Mexico, Ukraine and Georgia.
