Nijntje on the Bike is a musical performance based on stories from Dick Bruna's Nijntje books. Actress and singer Marianne van Houten follows Nijntje through a day full of cycling: past the forest, the farm, the playground and to grandparents Pluis.

The set is recognizably decorated, with Dick Bruna's iconic drawings as a surprising part of the scenography.
