Stevie Ray Vaughan Undercover Session

The Texas guitarist and singer Stevie Ray Vaughan, who died in 1990, and his band Double Trouble are known for steaming blues, heavy shuffles, raw guitar solos, pounding drums, a wailing Hammond organ and pleading vocals.

Guitarist Rob Winter (Kayak, Marco Borsato) and singer Martin van der Starre (including Jan Akkerman) put together an undercover session around this repertoire, resulting in the band SRV Undercover. Songs such as 'Pride And Joy', 'Cold Shot', 'Texas Flood' and 'Tin Pan Alley' will be performed, played with members of Normaal, Robby Valentine and Ruben Hoeke.
