Blind Vertrouwen | Jos Bloemkolk, Theo van Duijl and Roland Vonk

Blind Vertrouwen is a Rotterdam trio featuring Jos Bloemkolk (vocals), Theo van Duijl (guitar) and Roland Vonk (bass and storytelling).

Jos and Theo made their name in the late 1970s and early 1980s with the Dutch pop band Noodweer, which scored a modest hit in 1983 with the semi-satirical song 'In de disco'. Roland Vonk spent many years on Radio Rijnmond, hosting his own programmes including Archief Rijnmond and Het Opkamertje. He took early retirement at the end of 2025.

Since 2025, the three have been performing together with Dutch-language songs and stories about city life, family, growing older and life's temptations. Roland Vonk's autobiographical, reflective storytelling gives a Blind Vertrouwen performance the character of a true theatrical show.
