Knoei | THEATRA (3+)

Cleaning is her job - everything must be spotless, one more stain to wipe away and she's done. But then there's another stain. And another. The dirt turns out to be the start of a journey through the wilderness: a world full of mud creatures, sludgy beasts and stinky animals. With sponge and mop she tackles them - or does she embrace them instead?

Knoei is a cheerful, almost wordless performance for children from 3 years old, about the desire for mess and wildness. An ode to imagination and creativity.

Please note: every visitor, including children, needs their own ticket. Participation is only possible under supervision.

This performance is part of the Krentenbollen Kinderfestijn, the autumn holiday programme at Studio de Bakkerij from 17 to 25 October. For a week, performances, workshops and films for children take centre stage, with the theme: being yourself - who are you and what makes you unique?

This year Studio de Bakkerij also participates in the National Children's Theatre Week 2026, where theatres across the Netherlands organize special activities for children. All workshops during the Krentenbollen Kinderfestijn are free of charge because of this week.
