Houtje | Het Ministerie van Onverrichter Zake (3+)

Viko and Thor are building and singing in their workshop when a mysterious piece of wood gets in the way. It doesn't fit anywhere - yet it's so beautiful, so raw, so magnificent. To the rhythm of sawing, chopping and planing, they venture through wood shavings, splinters and plasters in search of the primeval forest where the wood came from.

Houtje is about dreaming of wood, about daring to get lost and discovering something new. The performance sits at the intersection of theatre, woodworking and music, and is suitable for children from age 3 onwards.

Het Ministerie van Onverrichter Zake consists of Niek van der Horst and Danielle Wagenaar. They previously created Raketje, Panama, Fatboys, Het hoofd van mijn vader and, together with José Montoya, Het laatste koekje.

Please note: every visitor, including children, needs their own ticket. Participation is only possible with adult supervision.
