Bring Me Back Home is a personal performance by Bright Richards and David Richards about origins, identity, and the bond between father and son. About what is passed down from generation to generation: in words, in silences, in expectations.

When Bright fled Liberia to the Netherlands at age 21, he left his first twenty years of life behind. Now that David has reached the same age, that story takes on new meaning. The performance combines poetic text, dance, and personal stories.

Bring Me Back Home is about home, memories, and the question of who we are - and who we became through the traces others left for us.
