Bring me back home | New Dutch Connections

Bring Me Back Home is a performance by Bright Richards and David Richards about origin, identity, and the bond between father and son. When Bright fled Liberia to the Netherlands at age 21, he left his first twenty years behind. Now that David reaches the same age, that story takes on new meaning.

The performance uses poetic text, dance, and personal stories to explore what we carry from generation to generation - in words, in silences, in expectations.

This theatrical evening is presented in collaboration with Theater De Fransche School and takes place at the Gelderlandfabriek in Culemborg.
