MICHA

MICHA (stage name of Micha Bartelds) is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Zwolle. His raw voice - often compared to Bill Withers and Dermot Kennedy - has earned him hits like Hopeful and Liar. He is also known to a broad audience as a participant in the talent show The Headliner.

His solo project started in 2023 when he traveled to Nashville, TN to work on his music. After his first EP, he is now working on his debut album, expected in autumn 2026.

In 2025, MICHA played a full festival summer including Paaspop, completed a sold-out tour and received two Topsongs on NPO Radio 2. He was also named 3FM Talent. In 2026 he opened ESNS in one of the largest halls, toured Europe with Cara Rose and performed at Dauwpop, Appelpop and Concert At Sea. His 100% sold-out tour through the Netherlands is still ongoing, and in Zwolle he won the Popprijs van Overijssel.

Now he performs at Cultureel Café De Amer in Amen.
