Meryn Bevelander Band

Meryn Bevelander has been performing on stages across the Netherlands since he was ten years old. Together with his band, he plays blues that alternates between riffs as heavy as a wrecking ball, swinging shuffles, and subtle, fragile moments where every note counts.

Bevelander performs around 150 shows per year in the Netherlands and abroad. He has shared the stage with Henrik Freischlader, Leif de Leeuw, and Douwe Bob, and has opened for Laurence Jones, Eric Steckel, and Albert Cummings. In 2015, at age eleven, he won the audience prize in the final of the SENA Young Talent Guitar Award; in 2025 he added the Dutch Blues Award for young talent to his achievements.
