The LSB Experience
The LSB Experience takes the stage at De Amer for the 15th time. Founded in 2010, the band is known for their tight vocal harmonies and combines two earlier programmes for this occasion: 'Songs of CSN&Y' and 'Songs of Paul McCartney'. The show is tailored to the semi-acoustic character of the concert setting at De Amer.
Beyond this programme, the band has previously performed a show featuring West Coast classics, with work by the Eagles, James Taylor and Jackson Browne. LSB Experience has released five albums to date - the second, consisting entirely of original material, was recorded in Cincinnati (USA) in 2014. Their two most recent albums are dedicated to The Beatles and CSN&Y.
Over the past fourteen years, the band has performed in the Netherlands, several European countries, the United Kingdom and the United States. Since 2012 they have been regular guests at the Abbey Road on the River Festival, performing in Louisville, Washington DC and Jeffersonville.
The line-up consists of Marcel Luntungan (guitar and vocals), Hans Sligter (guitar and vocals), Sjoerd van den Broek (guitar and vocals), Rob Hendriks (bass and vocals), Andy Nijmeijer (keyboards) and Peter Deiman (drums and percussion).
