About

Ulrika Spacek are an English experimental rock band formed in London in 2014, growing out of the Reading group Tripwires. Led by singer-guitarist Rhys Edwards, the quintet blends space rock, krautrock, shoegaze and post-rock into a layered, hypnotic sound. Albums like The Album Paranoia, Modern English Decoration and Compact Trauma earned them a dedicated following in the international indie and psych-rock world. Their fourth album EXPO, released in February 2026 on Full Time Hobby, marks a deliberate turn outward - away from the introspective focus of their earlier records.
