Seth Rogen (Vancouver, 1982) is a Canadian-American actor, comedian and filmmaker who rose to fame with comedies such as Knocked Up, Superbad and Pineapple Express. He started out as a stand-up comedian and broke through as a writer and actor on the TV series Freaks and Geeks. Through his production company Point Grey Pictures, co-run with longtime collaborator Evan Goldberg, he has produced series including The Boys and Invincible. His Apple TV+ satire The Studio (2025) brought him to a new peak: he won four Emmy Awards in a single night as actor, director, writer and producer.
Rogen won the Golden Globe for best actor in a comedy series for his role in The Studio.
At the 2026 Critics Choice Awards, Rogen won the award for best actor in a comedy series again.
