Jesse Darling: Godsworth
British artist Jesse Darling's first solo exhibition in the Netherlands, Godsworth, opens at the Oude Kerk in Amsterdam.
The Oude Kerk is Amsterdam's oldest surviving building, founded in the early 14th century on a small island in what is now the city centre. For decades the Gothic church has doubled as a venue for contemporary art, photography and music - including classical concerts and the annual World Press Photo exhibition. The tombstone-covered floor and historic organs make for a striking backdrop to its modern programme.
