About the venue

The Abdij in Middelburg is a medieval abbey complex that has stood at the centre of Zeeland's provincial capital for centuries. It houses the provincial government, two churches - the Nieuwe Kerk and the Koorkerk - and the iconic Lange Jan tower. The complex regularly hosts concerts, exhibitions and other cultural events.
