Tim Knol

Tim Knol walked around Texel, through Norway with his daughter on his back, around the IJsselmeer and from the tripoint to Groningen. During those journeys he reflected on his previous life as a cheerful but also dangerously overweight singer-songwriter.

Those walks changed his songs. Restlessness gave way to contemplation, anger became love. In the show Wanderings, Tim talks about those long journeys and plays the songs that played a role in them.

Much has simply stayed the same: Tim alone on a stage full of instruments, beautiful covers and new songs. But Tim himself has changed - and that's what Wanderings is about.
