Tim Knol (born 1989 in Hoorn) is a Dutch singer-songwriter who broke through with his self-titled debut album in 2010, when the single 'Sam' became a hit and earned him widespread critical acclaim. His music draws on roots rock and Americana - think Gram Parsons and Ryan Adams - and he has built a loyal following through intimate solo theatre shows in which he plays a stage full of instruments.
