Description was written before the event

When Maarten (Leo Alkemade) learns that his father Hans (Huub Stapel) is terminally ill, he takes him on a journey to the Champagne region. The highlight of the trip is the little train that runs through the wine cellars of Epernay - a destination that is more than welcome for the wine-loving Hans.

Huub Stapel first caught the public eye as the lift repairman in Dick Maas's 1983 horror film and has since become one of the most recognisable faces in Dutch film and theatre. His relationship-comedy solo shows have been selling out venues across the Netherlands for years.
