From its Groningen base, Noordpool Orkest brings together 42 musicians to span jazz, film music, pop and electronic sounds in a single performance. Under Reinout Douma's direction, the ensemble regularly joins forces with a wide range of Dutch and international artists.

On 25 September 2026, the Noordpool Orchestra will perform the jubilee concert in honour of the 100th anniversary of Stadspark in Groningen, together with guest artists Bert Visscher, TikTok Tammo, TAXITAXI and Inge van Calkar.

The Noordpool Orchestra performs the world premiere of Intouchables in Concert on 12 October 2026 at Het Concertgebouw Amsterdam, with the film accompanied live by the orchestra under the direction of conductor Anthony Gabriele.
