Tokyo quartet Tō Yō deliver a hypnotic blend of psychedelic rock, krautrock and folk that shifts and breathes differently at every show. Fresh from Fuji Rock and a run of European festival dates, they arrive with their second album *Yardang* (EXAG' Records) on the horizon.
