Kashfest

Kashfest is the annual extreme metal event at Poppodium de Pit in Terneuzen, featuring national and international bands tearing up the stage.

Stillbirth - For over 25 years, this German band has been known for their own "Brutal Surf Death Metal": a devastating combination of death metal, grindcore and deathcore. With over 1000 shows in more than 35 countries and performances at major international festivals, Stillbirth is a proven live machine. Expect devastating blastbeats, heavy grooves and slams.

Rectal Smegma - Since 2003, this Dutch band has delivered an uncompromising mix of goregrind, death metal and punk influences. Six albums, tours across Europe, Japan, Mexico and South America, and festivals worldwide: their reputation speaks for itself. Their latest album To Serve and Protect sounds hungrier and more chaotic than ever.

Imprisoned in Flesh - From the region, rooted in Zeeland clay. This five-piece band plays pure death metal without frills: heavy riffs, aggression and groove. Alongside earlier EPs, new work emerged in the form of Malignant Mankind - check out the single Raptor.

Necrotesque - Old school death metal with influences from doom, black metal, thrash and rock 'n' roll. On their new album Et Mortui Resurgent they show what they stand for: chainsaw riffs, heavy grooves and uncompromising aggression.

Bloedhond - They announced their end, but Bloedhond is back. Raw gritty grindcore with punk influences and a hardcore attitude. Bare belly, no brand names.
