Stillbirth is a brutal death metal band from Hagen, Germany, founded in 1999 by vocalist and guitarist Lukas Swiaczny. They coined the term 'Brutal Surf Death Metal' for their blend of death metal, grindcore, deathcore and slam - delivered with a tongue-in-cheek surf-party attitude. Nine studio albums and over 1,000 shows across more than 35 countries have cemented their reputation as one of extreme metal's most relentless live acts.
Stillbirth released their ninth studio album 'Survival Protocol' via Reigning Phoenix Music - a dystopian concept album about a hero who survives a nuclear apocalypse.
During the 'Monster Kill' EU Tour 2025, the band played in Oberhausen, Munich, Vienna, Paris and Alkmaar, among others.
Stillbirth signed with Reigning Phoenix Music as their new label for the release of 'Survival Protocol'.
The band performed at Pitfest in Emmen and the Wisdom Tooth Festival in Bissingen.
Stillbirth concluded their tour schedule with a performance at Xapada Fest in Lisbon.
