A Gipsy Christmas by Basily Gipsy Band

On 12 December, the Basily Gipsy Band takes the stage at Musicon with a Christmas programme showcasing the rich diversity of gypsy music: from French Gypsy Jazz in the tradition of Django Reinhardt to Balkan music and Spanish Gitano sounds. The band - part of the renowned Basily Family - has built a reputation through international performances with energetic concerts. The show includes a musical interpretation of a traditional Gypsy Wedding, highlighting the culture and traditions of the gypsy community.

Doors open at 20:00; the concert runs until approximately 23:00.
