About

The Lemonheads are an American alternative rock band founded in Boston in 1986, with Evan Dando as the sole constant member throughout their history. They broke through with It's a Shame About Ray (1992) and a cover of Simon & Garfunkel's 'Mrs. Robinson', becoming one of the defining acts of '90s alternative rock. After nearly two decades without a studio album of original material, they returned in October 2025 with Love Chant on Fire Records, backed by an extensive world tour.
