Stephen Fry (b. 1957) is a British actor, writer, comedian and broadcaster, known worldwide for shows such as Blackadder, Jeeves and Wooster and A Bit of Fry and Laurie, as well as for hosting the quiz show QI for thirteen years. He was knighted in 2025 for his work on mental health awareness, the environment and charity. Fry also wrote a bestselling trilogy retelling Greek mythology, including Mythos, Heroes and Troy.

De Amerikaanse zender Fox gaf een volledige seizoensbestelling voor de spionagedramaserie The Interrogator, met Fry in de hoofdrol en als auteur van het scenario.
Op het Jaipur Literature Festival ging Fry in gesprek over onder meer zijn bipolaire stoornis en zijn geheugen voor verhalen.
Fry speelde de rol van Lady Bracknell in de National Theatre-productie van Oscar Wilde's The Importance of Being Earnest.
Fry werd in 2025 geridderd voor zijn inzet voor mentale gezondheid, het milieu en goede doelen.
