Primavera is an Italian period drama set in 18th-century Venice. Young violinist Cecilia grows up in the Ospedale della Pietà orphanage until a new violin teacher - Antonio Vivaldi - opens up a different path for her. The film is based on Tiziano Scarpa's novel and marks its director's feature debut.
