Voorheen Nacht van het Absurdisme
Voorheen Nacht van het Absurdisme brings together over thirty performances across Paradiso: theatre, music, visual art and dialogue featuring artists including Elmer, Marcel van Roosmalen and Jody Bernal.
Jody Bernal (born in Bogotá on 12 November 1981) is a Dutch singer and DJ who was adopted as a baby by a Dutch family in Delft. In 2000 his Spanish-language summer hit "Que sí, que no" topped the charts in both the Netherlands and Belgium, followed by further hits such as "Oh Bambolero" and "Un Beso Mas". These days he mainly works as a DJ, while also making regular television appearances and playing Dutch festivals.
Bernal celebrates his 25-year jubilee in music in 2026 with special shows in which old and new music is played.
Bernal participated in 2026 in the winter special of the television program Te land, ter zee en in de lucht.
In 2025 Bernal was featured in the Videoland program Special Forces VIPS.
In August 2025 it was exactly 25 years ago that Que Si Que No was number 1, which generated renewed media attention.
In January 2025 Bernal told in the talk show Renze on RTL 4 that he only learned what it really means to be an artist after his big hit.
