Apeshit is a five-piece jangle-punk band from Utrecht who blend punk, post-punk, garage and alternative rock. The band formed in secondary school, when vocalist Kees, bassist Nisse and guitarist Kaj wrote a punk version of the Dutch national anthem for a music class and decided to start a proper band. Their debut EP 'Can I Be Your Monkey?' (2023, Plato Utrecht Records) and subsequent singles quickly established them as a rising name in Utrecht's punk scene.
