De Vasim is a former machine factory on the Maas in Nijmegen, converted into a hub for culture and nightlife. The site houses creative businesses, studios and event spaces spread across its industrial buildings. It draws large parties, festivals and alternative events, with the raw factory aesthetic very much intact.
