Cindy Schmidt from Breinfit presents the second session on how music influences the brain: from hormonal responses to the role of the biological clock.

During the workshop you work with interactive exercises and listen to plenty of music.

About: Cindy Schmidt

Sports teacher Cindy Schmidt brings together movement, music and brain science in her ninety-minute Breinfit sessions. Participants learn how the brain works and immediately put that knowledge to the test through exercises targeting memory, logic and reaction speed - suitable for groups of any size and age.
