Kiki Schippers - New Show (Try-Out)
Kiki Schippers presents a brand new cabaret show, but what it's about remains a secret for now. What you can expect: piano, guitar, sharp lyrics and humour that is both light and incisive.
Schippers has been creating satire for the radio programme Spijkers met koppen for over ten years and was nominated six times for the Annie M.G. Schmidt Prize for best theatre song - a prize she won in 2017 together with guitarist Rolf Verbaant for 'Er Spoelen Mensen Aan'. She also appears on De NieuwsBV (BNNVARA), writes language columns for Spraakmakers Op1 (KRO/NCRV) and was featured in De Slimste Mens in 2024-2025. Last year she was nominated for the Poelifinario Kleinkunst award for the most impressive cabaret programme.
