Brazen Barbie

Brazen Barbie is a Kenyan-Australian artist from Perth (formerly Melbourne) who has carved out a place in Australia's emerging R&B and hip-hop scene. Her musical interest began in primary school with cello and vocals, developing in her teenage years into a distinctive sound she compares to rapper Gangsta Boo and crunk pioneer Duke Deuce.

In tracks like 'CHECK' and 'DON'T TALK', she combines confident, boastful verses with playful punchlines - a mix that makes her raw lyrical style both sharp and versatile. Themes of independence and femininity run through her work.
