Bluegrass Cash - Bluegrass-Flavoured Johnny Cash Tribute

Bluegrass Cash brings the songs and style of Johnny Cash to the bluegrass format - the first band in the world to do so. Alongside Dutch singer and actress Kikki Géron from Cologne, known as a diseuse and Brecht interpreter, a full live ensemble takes the stage.

The band plays mandolin, violin, banjo, guitar and double bass, combining these with a driving rhythm, virtuoso solos and multi-part vocals. Kikki Géron takes on the role of June Carter Cash - the duo that toured together for years and won multiple Grammys for their duets.
