The Georgian choir Sakartvelo draws from a rich tradition: robust mountain songs, exuberant festive songs, intimate religious singing, playful dance songs, rhythmic work songs from factories and fields, romantic city songs, laments and sung legends.

The programme also features compositions by contemporary Georgian composers.
