Ozric Tentacles

For over forty years, Ozric Tentacles has been a cornerstone of the English underground. Their music blends spacey instrumental prog with electronics, dub and ambient - a fusion that made the band legendary through cassette tapes and hallucinatory live shows.

In the early nineties, the Ozrics rose through the British festival circuit, bridging the spacerock of the seventies and eighties with the emerging dance movement. Augmented by trippy visuals, the band became a festival fixture. With seventeen albums and several line-up changes to their name, Ozric Tentacles remains an institution.

On 25 February, Ed Wynne and his band take the audience on a journey through forty years of cosmic rock at De Helling in Utrecht.
