After winning the Popronde competition, all of Utrecht knew who Muylike was. The pronunciation of his name remains hotly debated - "Muy-laik", "Moe-lie-kee" or "Moei-laikie"? - but his songs are far easier to grasp: after half a chorus you're singing along at the top of your lungs. Tinkling indie pop in dreamy pastel colours, with a sound reminiscent of Parcels and boy pablo.

Behind the broad smile of Stijn Post - alias Muylike - lies a busy creative life. 'Darling' is already his third album in four years, born from a year full of creative highs and personal lows. It is both an ode to love and a break-up record, on which he weaves melancholy and hope together with Marta Arpini, FUZZY TEETH and Judy Blank.
