The Alberda's Sundial Returns Home to Menkemaborg

After more than a century of wandering through Europe, the 18th-century sundial of Willem Alberda van 't Zandt and Godlinze has returned to Menkemaborg. Willem was born in Uithuizen in 1674 and died in 1721; he was the son of Mello Alberda, who purchased Menkemaborg in 1682.
