Mister and Mississippi

After seven years, Mister and Mississippi return to the stage. In 2018 the band went their separate ways - not by choice, but to make room to grow as musicians and as people. Now they are back.

Since their formation in 2011, Mister and Mississippi built a loyal fanbase across indie, folk and pop, both at home and abroad. Their three albums - Mister and Mississippi (2013), We Only Part to Meet Again (2015) and Mirage (2017) - were well received and reached a wide audience, from intimate clubs to large concert halls and festivals. Along the way they won an Edison and multiple 3FM Awards.

What the band has missed most are the intimate shows: together with the audience in a venue where every note counts. This tour at Het Penninckshuis in Deventer marks a new chapter.
