The Taste of the Past

Kasteel Doornenburg hosts an exhibition exploring the role of food and drink throughout history - as a matter of taste, but also of status and spectacle. Through remarkable objects, stories and traditions from earlier times, the exhibition reveals how different - and yet how familiar - the food culture of the past was.
