Kokuho

After his father's death - the head of a Yakuza gang - Kikuo is taken into the household of the renowned kabuki actor Hanjiro Hanai. There he learns the craft alongside Shunsuke, Hanjiro's only son. The two young men grow up as brothers and decide to shape their lives - with the necessary competition and tension between them - within the world of kabuki theatre and their complicated family ties.
