At fourteen, Canadian friends Steve "Lips" Kudlow and Robb Reiner made a pact: rock together, forever. Their band Anvil inspired Metallica, Slayer and Anthrax, but never broke through themselves.

Thirty years later, now in their fifties with regular jobs and families, the two make one last attempt to finally realize their dream.
