Erloom: culinary summer restaurant on a Brabant farm

Erloom is a temporary summer restaurant on an organic farm in Hilvarenbeek. Every weekend from May through September, a different international chef cooks over an open fire using ingredients from the land. The entrance price is all-inclusive.
