El Camino

El Camino Band plays music that belongs on an American highway: 1950s rock & roll, songs reminiscent of John Fogerty, blues and a T-birds shuffle - inspired by American artists who captured the sound of dust, asphalt and roadside diners.

The band also writes their own material, and a recurring theme runs through those songs: enjoying life, dancing and dreaming with the people you love. It's not empty words - the band members have learned through the loss of friends and fellow musicians how important that is, and that feeling is woven into the different styles they play.

El Camino Band is currently working on recordings for a new album in Bo Brocken's studio at Natural Records Recordings, the label the band is signed to. What started as a four-song EP quickly grew into a full album.
