Battle of the Bands: Winners Night

On 11 September, four bands take the stage at Musicon for the Winners Night of Battle of the Bands. Doors open at 19:30, the programme starts at 20:00, the headliner performs at 21:30, and the event ends at 23:00.

Tickets are available online for € 5.99 (incl. service fees) or at the door for € 7.50. The online ticket shop closes one hour before the start; door tickets are available while supplies last.

Kings of Queen is a cover band playing Queen songs, including Bohemian Rhapsody, Somebody to Love, Love of My Life and Killer Queen. The band was formed from pianist Wei Wei's desire to play Bohemian Rhapsody at the Open Podium of Dalton Voorburg. The line-up consists of Wei Wei (piano), Jesse (bass), Isabel (vocals), Samuel (guitar), Luuk and Maël (backing vocals) and Elynn (drums).

The Cherries are a band from 's Gravendreef College with an average age of 14. In 2026 they won second prize at Battle of the Bands Leidschendam-Voorburg, and they play original songs.

Withered Petals is an alternative hard rock band from Den Haag, formed in early 2026, consisting of Olivia, Kyan, Dean, Jana and Sebastian. They reached the final of Battle of the Bands at Theater Ludens and won third prize there. They have previously performed at Kaderock and the Fruit Festival, both at Musicon.

Sidera is an alt-metal/nu-metal band from the Den Haag region. They won Battle of the Bands at Muziekschool Voorburg and the YourStage Challenge. Their music is influenced by alt-metal and shoegaze.
