Latin Night Live: Yacon Salsa

Every Thursday evening, Latin Night takes over Musicon in The Hague. A DJ spins a mix of South American, Caribbean and Antillean dance styles - salsa, bachata and more.

On 10 September, Yacon Salsa takes the stage. The band was founded in Brazil in 2015 and now consists of four multi-instrumentalists, each with over twenty years of experience: pianist Luciano Alonso (Argentina), singer and conguera Isabel Cardona (Colombia), saxophonist and backing vocalist Eli Piña (Mexico) and bongos player Gustavo Filograsso (Argentina). Their live show focuses on salsa from the seventies and eighties, featuring classics by El Gran Combo, Rubén Blades, Héctor Lavoe and Sonora Ponceña.

Doors open at 20:00, the concert starts at 20:45 and is expected to end at 00:30. A regular ticket costs € 12,49 (incl. service charges); at the door you pay € 15,-. The online ticket shop closes one hour before the start. Door tickets are available while stocks last.
