Mondo Drag is an American psychedelic rock band formed in Minneapolis in 2006, now based in Oakland, California. Anchored by vocalist and keyboardist John Gamiño alongside guitarists Nolan Girard and Jake Sheley, the band builds its sound around Hammond organ, vintage analog gear, and extended instrumental passages rooted in early-seventies progressive rock. Their fourth album, *Through the Hourglass* (2023, RidingEasy Records), drew comparisons to Pink Floyd and Can while cementing their reputation as one of the more serious acts in the heavy psych revival.
