About

Mo Ali (born Mohamed Ali in Khartoum, Sudan, in 1989) is a reggae singer who fell under the spell of Bob Marley's music at the age of ten. Since 2017 he has fronted the Dutch Bob Marley tribute band Rootsriders, who are marking their twentieth anniversary in 2026. His voice, often likened to Marley's own, brings the reggae legend's classics back to life on stages across Europe.
