Lucie Horsch (Amsterdam, 1999) is a Dutch recorder player who first came to national attention as a child prodigy and has since established herself as one of the most sought-after early music performers of her generation. She studied recorder with Walter van Hauwe and piano with Jan Wijn at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, also earning a master's degree in fortepiano summa cum laude. An exclusive Decca Classics artist, she has released four albums that have won international prizes including two Edison Awards and an Opus Klassik. In 2020 she received the Dutch Music Prize, the highest honour the Dutch Ministry of Culture bestows on a classical musician.
Lucie Horsch premiered a new recorder concerto by Finnish composer Lotta Wennäkoski on 15 October 2025 with the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra under the direction of Maxim Emelyanychev.
