Ella Mai (born Ella Mai Howell, 3 November 1994, London) is a British R&B singer-songwriter who broke through in 2018 with the sleeper hit "Boo'd Up" - a record-setter on the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart and Grammy winner for Best R&B Song. DJ Mustard discovered her through social media and signed her to his 10 Summers Records imprint at Interscope. Her self-titled debut album (2018) peaked at number five on the Billboard 200 and has since accumulated nearly six billion streams. Her third studio album, Do You Still Love Me?, produced entirely by Mustard, was released in February 2026.
